With the change of the rules of seasonal rental, imposed by the Community of Aglomérations of the Basque Country, the apartment can no longer be offered for rent on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, Homelidays or TripAdvisor. It remains present but without any availability. All reservations made before this date have been honored. The last one ended on October 18, 2023.
To date, since May 2017, 220 stays made with Airbnb, 3 stays with Homelidays (Abritel) and 86 stays with Booking
